Our Philosophy

At the Learning Ladder Child Care Center, we understand that children learn effectively when they are engaged and interested in their daily activities. Play-based Curriculum

Learning leads to play and play leads to learning. Music is an integral part of our play-based curriculum and children listen to and act out songs as part of our daily routine.

Getting ready for kindergarten is an essential part of our curriculum. Along with learning academics in constructive play, there are teacher directed activities each day. These activities include literacy, math, science and creative art skills.
